Molly's Latest Painting

Here's Molly's latest painting. It debuted at the San Geronimo Valley Community Center's 22nd Annual Spring Art Show.  For whatever reason, she hasn't bothered to post it. I think it worth taking a look at.

22nd Annual Spring Art Show

The 22nd annual Spring Art Show at the San Geronimo Valley Community Center is up and running.

The reception was Friday, May 11th --which also happened to be my birthday. I can't think of a better place to celebrate my birthday than at work (How many people can say that?).

Molly's Turn: It's been a long time coming

It's been a while since I've added anything to our blog.  I am currently working on 3 new paintings, but for today I would like to post some random peices I like which I have done over the last 20 years.  Here goes!

This is a family crest requested by artist Danielle Fogel.

Heads UP!!
I have a new venture I am excited about, I am creating an ongoing painting class this summer, which will be held here in our studio in Fairfax.  Our studio will hopefully include cartooning and linolium workshops created by Larry as well.  We will keep you posted.

Magical Mystery Tour meets Mayan Apocalypse

It's just about time for the 22nd Annual Spring Art Show at the San Geronimo Valley Community Center.Up to 100 artists from the San Geronimo and Nicasio valleys. The show runs from May 11th until May 20th. The reception is on Friday, May 11th, 6:30 to 9pm, and tends to attract hundreds of people. All of which means we -Larry and Molly-have a whole lot of work to do in the next several days.

This years poster -filled wit all manner of digital trickery-was created by Donn DeAngelo. He tells me he was attempting to take on a bit of the spirirt of the old Beatles album covers Magical Mystery Tour (and perhaps Sgt. Peppers).
