Cartoonists Are Dangerous, Part IV

International Cartoonists at the Cartooning for Peace conference in Addis Ababa on World Press Freedom Day, May 2019

I rarely crib from other sites but I borrowed this from the excellent Bado’s Blog (http://bado-badosblog.blogspot.com).

Its original source was the Cartoonists Rights Network International    (https://cartoonistsrights.org/three-months-on-musa-kart-remains-a-prisoner/).

Just a reminder that while cartoonists here in the US are being fired and and otherwise diminished,  in other countries they get locked up (or get their fingers broken, or both).

Musa Kart is in prison in Turkey for drawing cartoons.
